Belle Hall is a well-established, tree-lined community in Mount Pleasant known for its mix of traditional and Lowcountry-style homes, ponds, and walking trails. It is centrally located near shopping at Belle Hall Shopping Center and top-rated schools, and just a short drive to Isle of Palms beaches. The neighborhood has a family-friendly, established feel with mature landscaping, since much of it was developed in the 1990s and 2000s.
Carolina Bay · West Ashley, Charleston
Carolina Bay is a newer, master-planned community in West Ashley built around a central town-center concept with pools, parks, and a lake. It offers a mix of housing styles and price points, attracting young families and professionals drawn to its walkable design and community amenities. Its West Ashley location means a shorter commute into downtown Charleston than many suburban options.
Nexton · Summerville
Nexton is one of the largest and fastest-growing master-planned communities in the Charleston region, spanning Berkeley and Dorchester counties.
