Buying your first home is mostly a vocabulary problem – earnest money, due diligence, closing costs. I explain every step before you are asked to sign anything, share my free buyer guide, and flag the risks you would not know to ask about, so you commit with real confidence.
Most of my clients are moving in the $400K-$800K range, where selling one home and buying the next have to be timed against each other. We build the plan – sell first or buy first, contingent or not – before your home ever hits the market.
New construction is my specialty. I represent you, not the builder: contracts, timelines, what to ask for at walkthroughs, and which incentives builders in the Charleston area are actually offering right now.
Moving to South Carolina from out of state is my second niche. I relocated here myself in 2014, so I walk you through neighborhood fit, school zones and commute realities – often over video – before you tour a single home.
